If you provide us with your personal information, it will be kept private and confidential. Pursuant to the Act on Information Society Services and E-Commerce (LSSICE) and the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999 (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos Española), we undertake to treat the personal information of our clients and users in complete confidentiality. All of the information sent to us will be held in a database secured in accordance with the abovementioned legislation.

We use MailChimp to send e-mails to members of our Teachers’ Resources service. When users sign up to this service, they accept that the information they provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with MailChimp’s Privacy Policy.
When customers in our online shop provide their personal details to make a purchase, we transfer this information to Stripe in order to process payments.

Stripe and MailChimp are both compliant with European law regarding transfers of European personal data and have both certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

You are at all times entitled to contact us to check, correct or remove the information that we hold about you on our database, and you can ask to stop receiving information from us by using the contact form, by e-mailing us at info@linguaframe.com or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link on our e-mails.

How we use cookies
